Im searching for a book with a male MC if possible

[I just feel like female MC's always have this describtion about how they look like,

often times lose all their powers

are always weaker then the male lead-

And the ml is always breathtakingly beautiful without a single flaw :( ]

now I want a dystopian, fantasy or scientsfiction genre (i dont really care) where the protagonist lives in a city ruled by the villian organisation

He gets chosen as a soldier because of his outstanding skills (magic or not)

And they slowly start manipulating him into becoming a weapon for their organisation

but he starts getting really strong, so they promote him and start to favour him

but he slowly starts to realise whats going on and tries to escape
